2023 Scholarship Winner - Mitchell Baltzer

 The @ewtaunion is proud to present the annual David K. Israel scholarship to one graduating senior who plans to pursue a degree in education. The 2023 recipient, M. Baltzer, will be attending SUNY Oswego where he will study education.
